The Kemtah Group, a leading provider of technology services, has announced that they have been awarded two additional task orders on an IDIQ task order contract. This contract allows the client, a major national lab, to leverage Kemtah’s extensive expertise in technology transformation.
The new task orders revolve around Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) consulting, including best practice transformation. The areas of concentration are call center, Tier 1 and Tier 2 maturity, and service management product implementation.
“Kemtah is excited to re-engage for continued task orders on this contract, and we’re looking forward to helping consolidate additional services,” said Ron Ford, director, professional services for Kemtah. “This expansion of the contract enables IT leadership at this lab to have more visibility into enterprise performance.”
Kemtah has long-standing relationships with nearly a dozen national labs across the U.S., and strong partnerships with the labs in New Mexico. The current contract at this lab has been in place since 2010, and has covered assessments, service management lifecycle model implementation, enterprise integration services, email functionality, service desk procedures, onsite ITSM suite testing and validation support, service request management, technical service catalogue support, and more, including guidance and training.
